Concentration Work

I'm going to do Movie Poster Art for my concentration. Here are some ideas for the movies I will paint... all of which I am actually in the process of or going to turn into screen plays to prep for film school in college.

1. Off Your Offender [illustrated poster in sketchbook post]
Five post-college students go on a road trip to check out bars across the northwest and in a brutal attack at their motel, four get murdered by a big name serial killer on the run. Andy, the remaining girl, escapes and decideds to avenger their offender. It's a horror, suspense film.

2. Mad Loving of the Cold Hearted[illustrated poster in sketchbook post]
Valerie Flame and Danny Connect are two wanted criminals in love, trying to escape California before the cops can track them down. It's a twisted, viscous love story.
---i did a peice for this over the summer, but i'm going to do another different one---

3. The Sundowner [illustrated poster in sketchebook post]
Set in 1989, a man and his wife are victems to a road accident that hospitolizes the wife and breaks the man's arm. The man stays by her bedside the first night and experiences the affects of Sundowner Syndrome. Each night it gets worse. In his delirium he attacks nurses and doctors, then hurts the wife's relatives, finally driving him so crazy he murders his own wife in an attempt to rid himself of hallucinations and violent outbursts. It's a drama, horror film.

4. Tramp Sauce
Rocket, a street walker, lives a life of trash and less-than-no respect for anyone else. That is about as deep as this film gets. It's what you could call, "a day in the life of a trampy hooker". It's a cult, exploitation film.

5. Cadavere Cala (Cadaver Cove)
This film is about a lost German tour group through a underground cove who are terrorized by vampire-like creatures. [That's all i've really thought of so far, it's a new idea. I want to go for the really 70s poster look, where all of the best scenes/characters are illustrated and colloged around the centerpeice. I also want to look into German movie posters and see how they look and incorporate them into this peice.]
